 The Illegal Abduction Of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu And The Dilemma Of Hopelessness

For some days now, cyberspace has been awashed with the news of the illegal abduction and detention of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, through the collaboration of some foreign intelligence, by the Nigerian government. To some anti-IPOB bigots, the news was heartwarming while to some, the act was terribly disgusting and shocking. Some beguiled Nigerians see this development as a landmark achievement for President Muhammadu Buhari and his government while others see it as grossly unhealthy and the gravest mistake this APC government has ever made. A cross section of Biafrans on the other hand, have disappointedly concluded that all hope is eventually lost, as far as the Biafra restoration effort is concerned. I make bold therefore, to state here quite unmistakably, that all hope is not gone but instead, the incident has opened yet another glorious chapter for Biafrans in general and IPOB in particular, in the global space.

Recall that the IPOB leader himself, had always stated that he was coming back for the second time to Nigeria and that, would spell doom for the enemies of Biafra. He had maintained that he would bring "Hell" with him when he eventually comes visiting, clearly stating that he would be on ground to champion the struggle for the freedom of Biafrans from Nigeria. Now without any iota of doubt, the set time has come. All hope remains intact as this project is divinely orchestrated. It is God that will usher in the much desired Biafra nation and not man. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is only but a tool in His hands. 

When the news filtered in concerning his illegal abduction and detention, I as an individual, was shocked deep down my bone marrows but critically pondering over it all, the declared prayer project by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, that encapsulates the prayer point for Sunday 27th June 2021, vividly came to mind. He had stated that the prayer concern from the bible book of Psalm chapter 27, was a divine mandate. Extract: Psalm 27 verse 2 reads.... "When the wicked even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell".

This is exactly the word with which I got reinforced and toughened. This biblical portion simply explains that the hand of God may have directed Kanu's re-arrest as an evidential clarity aimed at fast tracking the Biafra restoration project.

Nnamdi Kanu Praying 

On Sunday 27th June 2021, being the date of his alleged abduction in Kenya, he had prayed against the plot of his enemies  on his life as well as the futility of their schemes targeted at Biafrans. The very prophetic broadcast he had, prior to his arrest, should also be recalled. He instructed that chain prayers starting from Psalm Chapters 1 to 150, be solemnly carried out. He assured that on or before the entire prayers got wrapped up, things would definitely begin to show up. Mazi Kanu admonished all Biafrans to pray the recommended portions of the bible because God will most certainly, surprise the entire global community.

This forms the basis why it is expedient for all Biafrans to dutifully follow and obey those instructions. Having barely not got to Psalm 50 but yet at Chapter 27, God in His mysterious ways, has already commenced His work as earlier foretold through the IPOB leader.

All hope is definitely not gone but rather, the present scenario has opened us up into more fervent commitment to the prayer for the Biafra restoration mandate. This is a moment that calls for unity and sober reflection for the better utilization of outlined strategies.  It is a moment for all to maintain absolute steadfastness in our drive. As a journalist, sharpen your pen and write as if this opportunity is your last. Let everyone reactivate his/her twitting prowess for through this medium, are the enemies helplesslessly escorted into their nightmare. In twitter, our voices are resoundly made clear to notable global leaders. We must all yet remember that our operational code in this struggle, is embedded in "Command and Control Structure". Now is not the time for fault finding, docility in our respective functions and weakness in prayers. This very moment calls for alertness, focus and doggedness. This is the last lap of this struggle by my own permutation and we should judiciously make full use of every available opportunity and as well all get involved for God Almighty will not allow us to be put to shame.
