The Killing Of Couple Soldiers Should Rather Point A Bright Mind To The Dirty Scheme Behind "IPOB Terrorism Tag"

The coordinated murdered of couple Nigeria soldiers, and the succeeding unverified and unsubstantiated accusation of the nonviolent Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) in a viral circulating graphic video is shameful. Judging from facts, no sensible person will associate such monstrous bestiality act to IPOB. It is not only un-African, it is inconsistent with Biafran culture, which esteems life.

Given the foregoing, two important questions need be asked:

First one is, who has the likeliness to nuture a motive to commit such crime, because of the much they stand to benefit?

And the second is, which tribe has a history of such a horrible behavior?

It is clear from the above questions that a highly organized and nonviolent organization like IPOB, whose leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is undergoing torture in the custody of the Department of State Services(DSS) would certainly not endanger the life of their leader at this critical time by deviating from their core values. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was abducted from Kenya, and illegally renditioned to Nigeria. He has since been accused of terrorism and going through tortures at the hands of DSS, though the Nigeria government have no evidence to substantiate the accusation.

IPOB understanding the games of the government will never deviate from fighting for the restoration of Biafra through nonviolent means. This is a principle that has led to the death of thousands of their members, with other thousands languishing in various prisons across Nigeria. Yet, IPOB have refused to be provoked into turning violent. Of what benefit then would such a coward act of killing a couple be?

As for the second question, the Biafran people by nature believe in jaw-jaw rather than war-war as a means of settling conflict. They do not particularly like injustice, neither do they necessarily condone violence. As one of the ancient democracies, they found wisdom in dialogue. Hence, the escalatory violence witnessed in Biafraland is a well orchestrated performance by imported aliens under the influence of state and non-state sponsors. Even the poorly performing supreme court governor of Imo state, Governor Hope Uzodimma admitted that much before a camera, in the view of the whole world.

The question now is, who is sponsoring this carnage in Biafraland and for what purpose?

The first suspect would be the British High Commissioner, Catriona Laing. This woman has been gallivanting across Nigeria in a manner that is suspicious and above her pay grade. Apart from her de facto president posture, she has not hidden her disdain for freedom fighters who are demanding a valid democratic right – referendum. Her position shows the double standard position of her home government and is the remote cause of the lingering problem. And given the ignoble British role in the genocide committed against Biafrans in the genocidal war of 1967-1970, on a scale of ten, the answer is ten over ten.

Democracy is defined as the government of the people, for the people and by the people. In United Kingdom, Scotland had a ‘referendum’ and from all indication, it may have another. Should democracy be discriminatory? Should ‘referendum’ be expensive and selective?

The hate Britain has for Biafra, and the Fulanis' pursuit for total conquest have birthed a venomous synergy. These two will go to any length to see if they can soil the noble reputation of IPOB. This is what any sincere person needs to know, and make his judgements with.

It is over two decades since the Nigeria government and military stopped mentioning the names and tribes of terror victims in the country. What then is special about this one, that led to broadcasting their places of origin?

These, and more reasons are why no bright individual should have any difficulty with understanding the conspiracies surrounding the "IPOB terrorism tag".
