Kanu's Illegal Detention: Nigeria Heads To A State Initiated Anarchy
It is now clear to all and sundry that the Federal government of Nigeria and the Attorney General, Abubakar Malami SAN has become contaminable in the eyes of the Nigeria court of law, following their flagrant arrogance to the court judgement of 13 October 2022, which discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from any charges leveled against him by the State.
The Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) have been watching and observing the arrogant Nigeria presidency and their agents in the ministry of Justice as they further push the declining Nigeria state into anarchy by constant disobedience of court orders, which clearly discharged and acquitted the movement's leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, even when IPOB has decided to explore every legal process to resolve the injustice meted against herself and her leader by the Nigeria government
The simultaneous winnings and momentum gathered by the IPOB legal team, locally and internationally, have proven beyond any considerable doubts to the world, the legitimacy and sincerity of IPOB in settling the Biafra difference with Nigerian government, through legal and serene routes.
IPOB remains a non violent self determination movement empowered by the United Nations charters on the inalienable rights of every indigenous population to seek political and socio-cultural freedom, and the IPOB's peaceful and disciplined conducts in more than hundred countries of the world where domiciled, glaringly and duly speaks for the movement in all our engagements.
If Nigeria were a sane society, those involved in this crime against humanity, namely; the Nigerian presidency and the attorney general would be under severe prosecution and sanctions for breaking an international law in illegally renditioning Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to Nigeria, and also disobeying court orders that discharged and acquitted him. But, Nigeria is a contraption with no functional guiding principles.
Family Writers Press International and the entire media department of IPOB will not allow Nigeria to continue treating the Kanu's case with recklessness and disdain, we will never allow the contraption throw the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu under the table. We will continue to expose their lies, hypocrisy and double standard to the world.
The Nigeria government and the attorney general can pretend to be ignorant of the law and the explicit stipulations therein but we will continue to draw them back to their obligations and responsibilities. Our sincere demand is the unconditional release of the IPOB leader, and to fix a date of referendum for the Biafran people to decide their fate in the unholy union created by the British empire for their own economic benefits. That is the only acceptable option to Biafrans.
The time has come for Nigeria government to save some of its resources that are being lavished in the attempts to destroy IPOB. It is high time they realize that guns and bullets has never killed any idealogy before, and the Biafra ideology will not make exception to that universal rule, as no amount of blackmails can deter the resolve of Biafrans. Just like no force can stop the sun from rising, same way can no power stop Biafra from being restored.
The International community must also understand that turning a blind eye and maintaining dead silence to the atrocities being committed against Biafrans by Nigeria state will not help the situation, rather it will escalate it.
The world must act now and hold Nigeria responsible for all the evils the she has committed against the people of Biafra. International interventions should not only be implored when it concerns Europeans and their interests. Biafrans are also humans and do have the human rights to exist as a race, like every other free races on Earth.
