2022 Is Late, 2023 Is Early, But IPOB’s Goals Remains Unchanged; Top On The Menu Is Biafra Restoration
All that Biafrans want and ask for is a referendum to
determine our future. For this, we have been persecuted. It is unbelievable
that Biafrans are subjected to British orchestrated genocide for simply wanting
to deepen democracy. We have cried all the tears in our eyes, we have called on
the world till our voices are cracked, we have been chased out of our homes and
all around the world we are being slaughtered like chickens. Still, in the face
of all the abuse and atrocities, we fear our Creator and still remain humble
and non-violent; believing that people who claim to be civilized would act
without bias. We have lost all hope in the world leaders yet our faith in God,
The Creator, remains unshakable. We are the children of light who strongly believed
in our quest for total freedom.
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), Mazi
Nnamdi Kanu gave up all pleasures of life to save the people of Biafra (his
people) from slavery. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has lost almost everything in the
process, a royal son yet he has not given up, he has sworn never to give up on
Biafra and Biafrans. Sadly, he spent the 2022 Christmas holiday in the Nigerian
Department of State Security(DSS)'s dungeon, despite being discharged and
acquitted by courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
Nnamdi Kanu was abducted or extraordinarily renditioned to
Nigeria from Kenya, available court evidences in Nigeria and Kenya have shown.
Since his kidnap in June, 2021 and subsequent torture in both countries,
several courts of competent jurisdiction, including the Court of Appeal of
Nigeria, United Nation working group have ordered for his unconditional releases
with compensation, but Buhari, the president of Nigeria who has penchant for
disobeying court orders, refuses to obey the court and United Nation working
group to let Nnamdi Kanu go.
How Nigeria and all her institutions would boldly disobey
orders of a competent courts and the international community will be
unabashedly silent remains unimaginable to a critical mind in this year and
time. The fact that Nigeria is still welcomed and entertained in international
gatherings shows that the world is still uncivilized and as Chimamanda Ngozi
Adichie would explain, ‘strongly opposed to fragile truth.’
The undisputed ‘fragile truth’ is that the whole world sees
and recognizes that deadly terrorists, resident in Northern Nigeria are walking
freely without confrontation from any of Nigeria’s military forces. These
terrorists are absorbed into the Nigerian military and deployed to the peaceful
Eastern region of Nigeria (Biafraland), where they are armed with Nigerian
military uniforms and weapons to go ahead in attacking, killing, Kidnapping,
raping and burning down properties of innocent unarmed indigenous peoples,
especially Biafrans.
As Ronald Reagan would say: ‘Trust but verify. The devil is
in the details.' Biafrans trust that Britain has the rest of the world
hypnotized. Whereas Harold Wilson’s comment of how the dead bodies of half a
million Biafrans will not change British foreign policy showed the devil in the
details. Similarly, the British government's continued overlook of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,
a British citizen of colour's plight has helped us verify it. We have begged
Britain to take all the oil and gas they want and leave us alone to worship our
Creator in our own way but they refused. Britain knows that Biafrans are a
different breed from the Fulani. Yet, for more than a hundred years, they have
sponsored these terrorists against Biafrans. Biafrans have as well seen the
complicity of the United States of America in opposing ‘fragile truth.’ Yet we
will continue to stand strong, because the truth cannot be suppressed; the
truth is that Biafra must be free.
The Lord of truth and Creator of the world, your children,
the Biafran people, cry unto thee for help. We beg thee to give our oppressors
and their sponsors a taste of their cooking.
God Bless Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
God Bless Biafra
