 IPOB Operates a Well Structured and Defined Organogram

The Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) is a freedom fighting movement founded and ably led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is currently a prisoner of conscience to the lawless Nigeria government. IPOB’s main objective is to deliver, achieve freedom for the Biafran people who have been long subjected to brutal and crushing Nigeria government's policies and policy makers. As with any other genuine freedom fighting movements, IPOB operates a well structured and defined organogram. That is to say that the movement have a definitive organizational chart; rules of engagement for members and relative status and authority. 

The highest authority as plainly described by IPOB’s organogram is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The IPOB Directorate of State(DOS) the highest deliberative and decision-making body as reflected by the organizational chart, and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a member of that administrative body. It is noteworthy, however, that IPOB is a movement of one family – the Biafran people. It is therefore, surely, pertinent or relevant to point out that IPOB is not a business venture of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's family. It is a congregation of every Biafran family, with everyone playing an important sacrificial role while accepting and knowing their place with respect to constituted authority referred to as "command and control", in IPOB.

Lolo Uchechi Okwu Kanu, the wife of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), knows the essentiality of the acceptance of one’s role and place in life, especially the danger and division its misapplication can cause the Biafran movement. It is why she has severally lectured on Radio Biafra about the absurdity or stupidity of not accepting your place. Surely, if the beloved wife of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu understands the place of the DOS of IPOB, and renders adequate loyalty to them, it smacks off arrogance or mischief and/or both, for anyone anywhere else, to imply that the DOS should take orders from them. Any of such suggestions means, without dilution, that the person is a controlled opposition; a willing tool in the hands of the enemy. An agent provocateur or an infiltrator, helping the enemy full-time to see Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB fail.

Just to be clear, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, before this current travail had been illegally detained by Nigeria government. Before such incarcerations and after, he had never in any way or manner projected his family as the people to speak on his behalf should anything untoward happen to him. On the contrary, he had on various broadcasts informed Biafrans and the entire lovers of freedom that, the Directorate of State (DOS) of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is the final arbiter or decider, . This is verifiable.

That said, it does not in any way exclude his family from making efforts to see him released, but such efforts must be in tandem with IPOB and not pull the rug from under IPOB's feet. Therefore, the notion in some questionable quarters that the leadership of the IPOB should take orders from anyone other than Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a cheap blackmail in futility and very far from reality.
