Families Rendered Homeless As Nigerian Joint Force Invades Another Imo Community, Burn Down Several Residential Houses

Nigerian forces invaded Logara community, Ngor Okpala in Imo State and burnt down eight houses belonging to some Biafran sympathisers on 29th April, 2023. As a result, the affected families do not presently have anywhere to lay their heads or take shelter from the rain, in this rainy season.

According to a report gathered reliably by Family Writers Press International, a sister to one of the Biafran sympathizers had a forceful delivery of her 7-months pregnancy outside their burning home, following the trauma she had at beholding appalling scene.

It is so painful and unacceptable to think that these communities have leaders who could avert such humanity against humans, yet they choose to side with the enemies.

For records purpose, men and women of good conscience should recall that Indigenous peoples have as well protected in other parts of Nigeria, but they were not killed nor their parents and siblings made homeless. Nigerdelta militants have agitated sometime in the past, the people of Oduduwa have been agitating for their nation and at no time were they killed. Nobody is burning down their homes. Why is it always people that sympathise with or protest for Biafra freedom that Nigerian Military abduct, torture, kill or/and burn down their houses or means of livelihood?

Obviously, President generals and traditional rulers of the affected communities at different times of this awful incident, must be henceforth held accountable. People cannot continue to claim leaders while they are actually in the business of colluding with the enemy to kill those they are leading.
