IPOB Leadership Alarms Over Possible Set-up Of British Spy Station In Enugwu, Accuse State Government of Complicity
Directorate Of State(DOS), the administrative body of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) have accused that the recently announced plans to establish a British consulate office in Enugwu State is a shrouded covert spy Station for the British Spy agencies(Mi-5, Mi-6) to serve the espionage purpose of the United kingdom in the region, as tension between the former colonial power and the Pro-Biafra independence movement continues to mount.
This was stated in the IPOB Leadership's Official X (formerly known as Twitter) social media handle. The IPOB governing body went on to indicting the current Enugwu State Government, headed by Governor Peter Mbah as being complicit in this plot, and is directly collaborating with the UK to entrench her interests in the region.
The statement reads in part:
"It has come to the attention of the Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra that the British government has concluded plans with the Enugwu State government to set up a cell of the British MI5 and MI6 in Biafraland coded as a consulate"
The IPOB body also tasked the citizens of the region to ponder deeply as to why the British government chose now to implement such a plan. Taking cognizance of the fact that the UK has continuously ignored the entire Biafra region in all of its development and recognition plans since colonial era.
However, they assured that the IPOB leadership is well aware of the deceptive stunts of the British government, and further ascertained the readiness of the movement to decipher every move aimed at deceiving the public and entrenching imperialists interest in the Biafra region.
