Abductions, Organ Harvestation: The Complicity Of The Nigeria Political And Security Apparatus In Biafraland

The rampant abductions, forceful disappearances in demands for ransoms mostly by the Fulani terrorists as well as the coordinated organ harvesting syndicate operating in certain areas of Biafraland under/with the facilitation of the various Nigeria Security agencies be it military, police etc for a very long period of time now is not a discourse or topic that is new or unknown to anyone who in Biafraland or anywhere else for that matter.

From the days of the notorious British trained Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) whom regardless of the wishy-washy promises on paper about its disbandment, is still much more in active duty abducting, torturing and extrajudicially executing their victims and disappearing them with no traces. And exploiting their internal organs to be illicitly sold on the black market to the desperate local and foriegn bidders. 

Southeastern youths, adults have suffered a great deal of this vindictive and nefarious trends facilitated mostly by the Nigerian Security agencies in Biafraland. Innocent young blooded folks are abducted, framed, tortured to the point of death and then extrajudicially killed just to harvest their internal organs to be sold. 

Amnesty international recently published a report about disappeared civilians by state security agencies including a former gubernatorial candidate and others, some of whom accused of associating or sympathizing with the Biafra self-determination quest and has since been missing as the captors have constantly denied possession or custody of these victims and refused to arraign them before the court of law. Some of whom were last seen for over a decade ago. Like Iroanya Chijioke whom was 20-year old at the time of his abduction, according to the reports he was last seen in 2012 and has not been heard of again. 

"Dozens of young men detained at SARS Awkuzu #Anambra state have disappeared. Nothing was heard about their whereabouts. Iloanya Chijioke 20–years old is one of them. He was last seen in November 2012." 

The extrajudicial tendencies of the Nigerian security apparatus has eventually over the years encouraged the widespread and capitalisation by other criminal elements into Biafraland. This includes Fulani terror herdsmen as well as other native collaborators and their underlings who work vis-a-vis with the aforementioned parties in most cases. 

Secondly, the political machinations deployed against the East by the federal government through imposition of stooges whose philosophy and methods of governance are only through terror and violent political rivalrism has in many ways increased and emboldened the operations of these criminals, organ harvesting syndicates to operate without scrutiny and eyebrows being raised. 

For instance, in Imo state since 2019 Hope Uzodimma was imposed by the Supreme Court against the verdict and results of the elections popularly and collectively demonstrated by the people. The criminality, terrorism, and alleged counterterrorism ops launched by  Nigeria Security forces have only made the criminality in the state skyrocket and aggravate. It appears that the security agencies are not there to combat the crime in sincerity, rather are they to ensure the criminals operates unabated while guaranteeing their own presence through hoax confrontations. 

We must acknowledge that the Organ harvesting crime syndicate spans beyond local context. It is a well coordinated international and intercontinental network. And, as such the involvement and investment of certain foreign powers that be, cannot be ruled out. Few years ago, the global news waves was inundated over a cargo container full of male reproductive organ discovered by the the Chinese custom services. And guess where it came from?  Nigeria! This was at a time when the SARS units were on rampage mostly in the South-East, abducting, torturing and extrajudicially executing their victims.

Literally, all war/conflict zones are fraught with trafficking of human (mostly minors), and internal organ. Just like most wars are sponsored and supported by foreign powers to distract and deflect attention about their exploitation of the mineral resources located at that given geographical space. The active players, pawns are of course indigenous, but the ultimate reapers and orchestras are mostly behind the curtains and for the most part, non-indegineous. 

The militarization of the SouthEast and Biafra land in general is unarguably a key facilitator of the criminality, extrajudicial and despicable crimes obtained. And, the deliberate decision by the Nigerian Security and political top brass not to withdraw and draw down these civilian intimidating formations, whom do not combat these crimes but are rather there to 'sit on it' passively and let it thrive as it invariably justifies their presence, shows their complicity in the crimes. All the way up! 

It is safe to say that the depopulation and extermination agenda which was nursed decades ago that breed the pogroms and Biafra genocidal war of 1967-70, is still very much alive and active. Biafrans, Ndigbo must begin to make hay while the sun shine. We must begin to question the political juggernauts in the east while they are mute over the carnage ongoing. And above all galvanize our selves to defend our lives and properties against deliberately state groomed criminals either in organized or unorganized form. We deserve to live and exist as human and as a race. No political or ideological philosophy can take that inalienable rights away from us.
