Mazi Nnamdi Kanu arrived the court room in his usual evidently courageous mood. And as the court session started, the IPOB leader questioned the sitting Justice Binta Nyako about why she is insisting on handling his case again after her earlier recusal, asserted that the Justice's court no longer has the jurisdiction to hear his case.

In response, the court clarified that the Chief Judge, exercising his authority, had sent a memo and returned the case file, effectively setting aside the prior order through administrative action. Kanu countered this again by stating how the Chief Judge is merely "first among equals" and does not possess the power to set aside the court's previous order. The IPOB leader went further to frown at the glaring flount of a standing court order, just because of a mare memo from the chief Judge, stating that the problem of Nigeria is a resultant effect of poor knowledge of the law. 

Kanu frowned at why the law is being turned upside-down in his case, asking why they are deliberately disrespecting the law because he is involved. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu made it clear that this lawlessness is exactly why he is agitating for Biafran Freedom, which by the way, is absolutely his right.

Some journalist attempted convincing Nnamdi Kanu into understanding Binta Nyanko's reason for coming to sit for the case again, but to this, Kanu responded that he has no regard for whatever Justice Nyako said in the court today because she remains recused and has no jurisdiction over his case. The IPOB leader insists that Justice Nyako is rather violating her own court order by attempting to sit on a case she recused herself without being set aside by higher court. Kanu said his honouring the invitation to court today was barely out of courtesy and respect.

The IPOB Leader went further to clarify that so many dirty things are going on in Nigeria regarding his case, and he want to make them open and known. In this respect, Kanu said "Justice Binta Nyanko is using her position for personal gain as her son and husband are facing corruption charges and she has been sent by the government to mishandle his case so they can release or smoothen the partway for her family.

More importantly, Kanu said his further reason for recusing Justice Nyako is that she is bias against him, and this is something even the Supreme Court also said.
